Steve is a former managing director of a Canadian blue chip chemical company in the UK. He has recently delivered 3 new schools under the UK government’s Building Schools for the Future programme and in the past has worked for the distributors of several Scandinavian construction industry products.

  John Nalepa is a highly experienced executive with international experience in purchasing, logistics and HR, with strong analytical and financial skills allied to excellent interpersonal skills and leadership.

In 1976 John joined Shell International, where in Brunei he commissioned a new hammer head jetty and subsequently resupplied 15 offshore rigs and 2 onshore.

He worked as a negotiator in the Hague and finished as a Department Head in Oman, having operated in logistics, purchasing and HR. 

Since leaving  Shell in 1989 John has been self employed acting as a consultant to SME’s where he specialised  in tax issues and investments. He would work with the client’s other advisers in setting up offshore trusts and using non regulated advanced tax recovery vehicles.
