Dr Alaric Pugh has more than 25 years experience
in journalism, public relations, marketing and management
consultancy. Specialist in strategic business planning,
communications strategy and implementation, marketing and
promotions, including pr and advertising, image management,
copy creation, lobbying, networking, design for business,
community consultation. “For eight of those years I ran an
outsourced, fully-fledged Marketing Department for Otis
Elevator UK.” Experience of a wide
range of industrial, manufacturing and business-to-business
activities, and all sizes of company, from international
conglomerates, through partnerships, to sole traders, in the
UK and overseas. In depth knowledge of the building
services, architecture and construction, education, tourism,
arts and leisure sectors.

John Nalepa is a highly experienced executive
with international experience in purchasing, logistics and
HR, with strong analytical and financial skills allied to
excellent interpersonal skills and leadership.
In 1976 John joined Shell International, where in Brunei he
commissioned a new hammer head jetty and subsequently
resupplied 15 offshore rigs and 2 onshore.
He worked as a negotiator in the Hague
and finished as a Department Head in Oman, having operated
in logistics, purchasing and HR.
Since leaving Shell in 1989 John has
been self employed acting as a consultant to SME’s where he
specialised in tax issues and investments. He would work
with the client’s other advisers in setting up offshore
trusts and using non regulated advanced tax recovery
vehicles.
